Ayerborne Real Estate Media is a Winston-Salem–based real estate photography and videography company serving agents across the Triad, including Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding areas. 

Founded by Jeff Ayers, Ayerborne was built on the idea that great real estate media should do more than look good, it should help agents win more listings, attract more buyers, and build a stronger personal brand. Jeff genuinely cares about his clients and is always looking for ways to push their marketing to the next level through thoughtful photography, cinematic video, and strategic content.

As the company grew, Jeff brought together a small, creative team that shares the same standards and attention to detail.  From real estate photography and drone services to video marketing and branded content, Ayerborne Real Estate Media partners with agents who want more than standard listing media.

The goal is simple: create high-quality visuals that help our clients stand out, get noticed, and stay ahead.

Jeff Ayers

A Winston-Salem native, Jeff Ayers has been creating for as long as he can remember, first through music and video, and eventually through media as a career he never expected. During the pandemic, that creative drive led him into drone technology and ultimately to the founding of Ayerborne. 

What began as a passion quickly evolved into a full-service real estate media company built on one core belief: agents need a trusted, one-stop partner who understands how to showcase both their listings and their personal brand. From advanced drone work to photography and video, Jeff has dedicated himself to learning what truly helps agents stand out and win in a competitive market. 

He values strong creative relationships, takes pride in pushing his clients to the next level, and brings that same passion to his life with his wife, two boys, and a lifelong love of music.

Wialexka Nery

Wi has a background in Mass Media with a focus on Marketing and enjoys using creativity to connect with others. She truly values supporting businesses, helping people, and building meaningful connections.

She loves spending time with family, exploring new places, and traveling whenever she can, always excited to see more of the world and learn along the way. Photography and painting are her favorite creative outlets, and she also enjoys being in nature whenever she gets the chance.

Michael Regnery

Michael Regnery is a creative professional with a degree in Electronic Media/Broadcasting from Appalachian State University. With a strong passion for photography and visual storytelling, he thrives on finding creative ways to bring ideas to life. 

When he’s not behind the camera, Michael enjoys playing guitar, gaming, and creating stop-motion animation videos. These are interests that continually inspire his work and keep his creativity sharp. Check out his work on YouTube “WolfMan Productions.”
